A vacant Tarentum property near the defunct Tarena skating rink is expected to be transformed into a parking ton this year.

Bridges & Co., the building outfit that acquired the Tarena, also is in search of to buy the close by house at 204 Lock St., zoning officer Anthony Bruni claimed.
