The New Property Tendencies Institute, from John Burns Authentic Estate Consulting in partnership with Pro Builder, just launched its July 2022 Survey Insights Report. The report outlines switching homebuyer expectations, the reallocation of indoor and out of doors areas, and how floorplan style and design carries on to react to new purchaser calls for.
