LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5/Gray Information) – A true estate agent was attacked soon after the suspect entered product residence she was displaying, according to an arrest report by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
Suspect Richy Cervantes, faces expenses of residence invasion, tried sexual assault, lewdness, battery, and kidnapping just after the incident on July 11 at an undisclosed community.
According to law enforcement, a true estate agent was working at a design dwelling and displaying the home to likely purchasers.
The agent stated a guy was walking about the model dwelling performing suspicious and unlocking home windows inside the household.
Just after the male left, the authentic estate agent locked the front door and windows of the product house prior to calling law enforcement and reporting the suspicious guy, the report explained.
The agent proceeded to connect with a coworker to demonstrate the problem and asked them to sign up for her on website.
Though the agent was on the telephone with her coworker, the suspect returned to the home and attempted to enter again within the model home.
The lady hid in a closet and stayed on the phone with her coworker.
The suspect broke a window, entered into the home and located the victim hiding.
The genuine estate agent claimed the man dragged her out of the closet and pinned her down. The man proceeded to make threatening comments towards her before accomplishing a lewd act, according to authorities.
Law enforcement utilised a sledgehammer to bust open the front doorway and arrest the suspect.
In accordance to courtroom documents, Cervantes is currently being held without bail. His next court listening to is established for July 19.
Las Vegas law enforcement are investigating additional victims of Cervantes.
