When a Niagara County sheriff’s deputy arrived to a reported apartment fire in the City of Niagara late Friday evening, the deputy discovered flames erupting from the 3rd-floor exterior wall and the roof.

People yelled from a 3rd-ground balcony that they were trapped and not able to evacuate.
