The loved ones was feeding on at their home on Fern Oak Circle in Stafford County all-around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, when they read a gunshot and observed a bullet tear by way of their ceiling and land in a hallway, Maj. Shawn Kimmitz with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Business stated in a online video posted to Fb.

Deputies responded and located that a 2-calendar year-old in the apartment upstairs had “gained entry to a firearm” and fired a shot by means of the ground and into the household beneath, Kimmitz said.
